Colophon
A colophon is the note at the back of a book that tells you how it was made. Here's how this one came together.
Type
Headlines and accents are set in Fraunces — a soft, old-style serif with optical sizing and warm italics. Body text is Manrope, a clean modern sans that stays out of the way. Both are open-source and self-hosted at build time, so the page loads without calling out to a font server.
Color
The palette is drawn from nature — warm cream as the page, deep forest green and cognac brown as the accents, espresso as the ink. It's meant to feel editorial and unhurried rather than tech-cold.
- Cream — #F2EBDD
- Forest — #2A4530
- Cognac — #8B5A3C
- Tan — #B8884B
- Ink — #1F1A14
Built with
- Next.js — the React framework, App Router
- TypeScript — for everything
- Tailwind CSS — for styling
- GSAP & ScrollTrigger — for scroll-linked motion
- Lenis — for smooth scrolling
Motion
The animations lean on a single exponential easing curve so everything moves with the same character. The intro counter, the horizontal work gallery, the kinetic headline, and the custom cursor are all small nods to the cinematic web — used in moderation, never at the expense of being able to actually read the thing.
Hosting
Deployed on the edge for fast loads worldwide, with the domain managed separately. No servers to babysit.

To every founder who'd rather talk to one person than juggle five. This is for you.
From zero to one. One to infinity.
